What are the symptoms you might have from a syrinx in the cervical or thoracic spine?

The earliest symptoms are usually pain and change in sensation that correlate with the level of the spinal cord involved. As damage progresses, you may experience ataxia, partial paralysis, headaches, autonomic dysfunction, scoliosis, or swallowing problems.
