My hand feels numb, and my arm isn't as strong as it used to be. My husband thinks this is a pinched nerve. Is he right?

Your husband may very well be right. Radiculopathy is the medical term used to describe pressure on one or more nerves in of the spine. This can cause numbness, weakness, and a loss of reflexes. Radiculopathy can have many causes, including herniated discs, bone spurs, tumors, or fractures.
