I read somewhere that being obese can make your shoulders hurt and not work as well. Why do people blame all problems on obesity?

Many of our lifestyle choices and health issues affect how our body works, whether it is how we breathe, walk, or even use our arms. Someone who is obese may have other health issues and is, frequently, not very physically active. As we don't use our joints the way they should be used, they may become stiffer and more difficult to use, and they may cause pain.
