When I was a child, I had severe rheumatoid arthritis. Because there was so much damage to my hip joints, I have had both hips replaced. Both joints were replaced using cement. Now I am pregnant with my first child. Will it be safe to breast-feed the baby with the chemicals from the cement in my body?

You will have to ask your doctor this question. If either of your joint replacements were cemented with a substance containing polymethylmethacrylate, you may be advised to avoid breast-feeding.
