What is the one thing a golfer can do to prevent low back pain?

A recent study suggests that warming up for 10 minutes before playing a round of golf is important for preventing back injuries. A 60 percent decrease in golf injuries among 703 golfers was noted among those who stretched and warmed up before playing.
