My two cousins had boys with clubfeet. Is it genetic? Does that mean I may have a child with a club foot?

Clubfoot, a condition where a baby is born with one foot (or both feet) bent in an inward position, is still a mystery to researchers. They don't yet fully understand why it happens, although in some children it may be caused by their positioning while in the uterus. As well, some children with certain disabilities like spina bifida have a higher chance of having a club foot. Currently, it is thought that there may be a family link, but it's not yet been proven.
