eOrthopod RSS News Feeds
eOrthopod now offers the latest orthopedic news in RSS format. To receive our news feed,
simply point your RSS reader or RSS capable mail client to:
http://www.eorthopod.com/public/news_rss.xml.
What Do I Need to Receive RSS Feeds?
First, you need a feed reader. Some mail clients such as Mozilla Thunderbird have an RSS feed
reader built in. You can also search for "RSS Feed Reader" in any major search engine. This should
return a list of links to applications which will allow you to connect to any RSS news feed.
Many of these applications will either be free or very inexpensive.
Once you've obtained a feed reader, subscribing to the eOrthopod news feed is simple. Just create
a new subscription, and enter the above URL into the "Feed URL" field.
Can I display RSS News Feeds on my website?
Yes, you can display RSS news feeds from within your website. There are various RSS libraries
available which will parse and display the RSS news on your website for you. Finding the right
library depends on what language your website is written in (PHP, ASP, JAVA, Static HTML, etc).
eOrthopod allows you to display news on your website as long as you do not alter the link which
displays the article.
