Just wanted to know if anyone wanted to chat. I'm about 4 months post surgery. It really helped me along to know there were other people going through the same thing and shared the ways they got thru it all.

I thought I was going to heal so quickly, because I was determined Ha! I never realized how emotional this whole experience is. that really took me by surprise.
Not very sure if i'm doing this correctly or not, but it's worth a try>

I am going to have Labrum surgery next Wednesday July 2nd to fix that and stabilize my shoulder. Most of my questions have been answered. But for anyone that has been through this or has some more information I would love to here about it. I am a college athlete who plays baseball on the collegiate level. This surgery is occuring thankfully on my non dominant arm...Mainly I was just wondering pain wise what I can expect after the surgery? From the day of and through the healing process..I also was wondering about driving, showering, etc and just any other info would be great...Thanks
