I downloaded your pdf on Lumbar Spinal Stenosis. It is the best description of the problem I have been diagnosed with that I have found. I am struggling with decisions about treatment so this is a wonderful publication.

My brother & nephew both have spondylolythesis (spelling). Since the age of 35, my brother has had 2 back fusion procedures and remains in constant pain. I doubt seriously that I would allow anyone to operate on me after his failed surgeries. So having you spell out so clearly the condition and possible treatments (better than my doctor has) is a blessing. Thanks.
