Adhesive Capsulitis... winged scapula

I developed left adhesive capsulitis which "froze" Dec 2007. I believe this resulted from developing a posture of perpetually elevating both of my shoulders at a workstation that was set up too high and working without arm supports. I have used 3 types of anti inflamm's and attended physio Jan - June. After a few months I began to get the natural swing back in the left arm and had some improvement in range. End of May it was approx 0 degrees ER at side; 30 ABD and 70 Flex. It has improved a little since then, I can raise in front to just below my shoulder and at the side is about 45 degrees, no improvement over the past 3 months however. I was instructed to stop physio in event this was just aggravating things. U/S in June showed calcification in biceps tendon, suspect calcification in supraspinatous; infraspinatous. GHJ no unusual fluid; ACJ ok. 1st X ray's Jan were negative; 2nd done in Aug show a space in AC joint but I wasn't told to what degree. I asked about manipulation but was told "don't recommend it and come back in in Dec 08". I started to develop symptoms on the right so saw Dr again (I thought if I had a cortisone injection on the right it might stop it from freezing). I was told to come back if it freezes. I was offered a cortisone injection on the left but was told this won't improve range but might help with pain, I declined as I think I am managing the pain with ExSTyl & occasional T#3. After significant pain in my scapula about 2 mths ago (which I assumed were adhesions releasing) my left arm now swings in towards my body instead of forward and backward. My left scapula is winging when my arm is relaxed at my side. My right isn't. I have been doing ROM on both sides but on the right I'm losing range when I raise arm out to the side and to a lesser degree up in front. I feel sensation of swelling & pain under arm especially after raising. I'm convinced it's adhesive capsulitis starting on the right. I don't know what I can do... walk into Emergency? Any advice?
