quadriceps tendon tear repair

I am having surery on a quadrriceps tendon tear I have. It's not a total rupture, it's a partial tear. What can I expect the recovery to be. How hard ? How long ? What can the complications be ?

Good luck. the quad tendon

Good luck. the quad tendon is a huge tendon that attaches to the patella and is imperaticve to knee extension. hopefully u will get a good repair and be sure to work on extension post op. long recovery but with work u should be back to normal.
