Severed tendon of hand/thumb and 85% second tendon tear of hand/thumb
I caught my hand in a water-jet at work and it sliced through 2 tendons. I had surgery to repair the tendons on the 24th of July. I was wondering how much movement I will recover? Also I was wondering how much time to expect off work. This is a worker's compensation claim and my employer is already saying "you need to return to work ASAP". I've never had an injury like this or missed work, but feel a little pressure. I work in a paper mill, but they are offering light duty. Unfortunately, I am right-hand dominant and this injury was to my right hand. I'm having trouble with daily tasks and driving is really difficult.
