illeotibial band surgery
my dr says i may need IT band surgery to lengthen my IT band due to chronic pain in my knee and hip. I also need a bursectomy on my right hip. my dr has never done this type of surgery before and i am really worried. does anyone have any info on either one of these surgeries, like how is it done and how long is recovery?
