if you have a hip replacement is your leg on the side you had the replacement done, is it common for the leg to be 3-4 inches longer than your normal leg?

that would be a big

that would be a big negative. sounds like you might as well get a shoe lift for the opposite leg though as there is no easy fix for that without a revision.
