Multiple surgerys

I've had two bankart repairs, both with capsulary shifts over the last three years. Recently I've been having terrible, arm numbing pain in the same shoulder. The reason I had the second surgery was that I had torn the anchors that were used. They used three times the number of anchors in the second surgery and told me it was going to be nearly impssible to tear them again. I'm worried that once again I have torn the anchors out and now there isn't much holding my shoulder in place. Is this possible?
