Knee dislocation: rupture of the PCL and ACL and meniscus tear

Hi I am wondering if I could get some in sight from some orthopedic surgeons about my knee problem. First I have to state that I am a large guy 6"4 and 335lbs and this will amplify the problem i understand. Two years ago I dislocated my knee when I reached back to punch one of those punching bag machines that reads how hard you can punch. Anyways I ruptured the PCL, ACL and damaged the meniscus to some degree and also twisted the perennial nerve and had to regrow 22 inches of nerve in my knee. Now the nerve problem is 85% healed after two years of the injury which is what I was scared of and my doctor because I could not walk with out being in a wheel chair or using a walker. But the knee pain is back in excruciating pain after a year and a half of the injury. I as an idiot thought it would get better on it's own and ignored it for 6-8 months but taking it easy and not doing very much. But in the last 4 months the pain has gone from a 6 to constant 6 or 7 on the pain scale and then if I overwork or stand too long the pain goes to a 9 or 10 and I can not leave my house for a day or two. Now before anybody says anything about why I didn't get surgery right off the bat I will say a few things first my orthopedic surgeon wanted to see how thee knee would heal on it's own, and it was for a while and second he did not want to do surgery until it was a last option. Now from what I am told the plan of action is to have 2 series, 1) PCL reconstruction first and meniscus cleaning 2) ACL reconstruction. Now the orthopedic surgeons in Vancouver have not done a lot of these both PCL and ACL reconstruction surgeries and my surgeon is debating with his college during the time I am on the 6 month waiting list on whether to do a bone - patella tendon - bone or allograft.
I would be more then happy if I could get some feedback.
Thank you
