Pain after throwing
I have been experiencing pain after throwing sometimes accompanied by tingling in my fingers. I hadn't been throwing regularly over the last few years but I've always had a strong arm. Sometimes the pain goes away after about an hour and usually the next day I am fine. It only happens when I throw close to 100% effort. When I am just casually playing catch I have no pain at all. Is it something to worry about? Or could my arm just not be strong enough to stop the arm speed I can generate? I only feel it at the end of my follow through and it doesn't affect my arm action at all. My follow through is kind of violent my arm goes as far as it can then kinda springs back up. My velocity stays consistent.
