need wrist operation
My doctor wants to implant a plate over top of hand to fuse broken wrist. After reading the emails do not know if this is good idea; am told cannot have pins put into bones to heal break.
I have broke my wrist 2 times and have had surgery both times and needs another operation which has been put off by wearing a brace for over a year. I need to make a decision soon.
Please help me make the right decision. Is there another way to fuse a wrist other than putting this plate in?? I am in pain every time I try to write or cut food or just use the right hand in general.
