I have had right arm pain, numbness and weakness. I am now sometimes waking up with numbness in my right leg and last week I had great difficulty emptying my bladder along with the numbness in my right arm and leg when I awoke. I have been going to Pain Management for the past 1 year. I have had 3 epidural injections and Physical Therapy. My nerve test did show some changes in the median nerve. Pain managemt doctor wants me to talk to the neuro. surgeon in his practice. I am scared to have surgery but do not want to do long term damage to anything. Any Advise?
