supraclavicular mass

Recent CT scan w/without contrast ruled out lymphoma regarding a mass in the right
supraclavicular area. There has been no prior injuries to the same. Is it possible that this is a bone graft that dislodged many years ago from a cervical fusion. We know it
dislodged completely as prior to a second surgery[this time with instrumentation], it was not there. Evidently it has been, for lack of better terminology, growing and has now of such mass that a lump can be seen in the area. This thing is hard as a rock and when pressure is applied during examination the pain is severe. At present this is only suspect and not conclusive however, I am having a hard time getting a diagnosis and my physician seems a bit reluctant to address the possibility of this being the dislodged graft. There also appears to be little information on the web regarding this condition. I would appreciate any information regarding possible conditions resulting from dislodged grafts and more important, existing remedies for treatment. The dislodged graft came from the c6-c7 space. The procedure was anterior. Thank you.
