I recently broke my fibula by an outward roll of the ankle. I was in a cast (partial weight bearing) for 6 weeks. It's been off for a week and the ankle is all stiff, which is normal. But sometimes, at the area of injury on the fibula, there are still some minor pains which are preventing me from walking properly. The pain isn't excruitiating and more than tolerable provided I don't try and do too much with the ankle. Has anyone experienced anything similar? I'm guessing it's normal and the bone just isn't completely healed yet, but strong enough to walk on without any fear of further damage.
