I had severe arm spasms before my herniated disc was to be removed in c-5 c6 region, I had surgery 5 days ago and i still have terrible spasms in shoulder and in arm, Do i have tendonitus now? When will the pain stop...please anyone who has had this surgery. Should i exercize this arm are keep it still while im recuping, Has anyone had this and what did you do or take to stop it. Pain relievers or muscle relaxers are not helping, at night is the worst...
