wow be carefull, this is to be the best thing since sliced bread; but it is not for every one. I have the chirite disk and am worse off. What happend was, after the disk was put in and my spine went back to its normal functions myjoints were not ready and now I have joint disfuntion. I have gone from one extreem to the other and I am 37 years old and am in alot of pain, sitting, standing, walking and still can not lay down and extend my legs. Be carefull, I had 3 diffrent docs tell me it would work for me. It is not good for every one. I dont mean to sound dread-full but dig deep before you make a decision
