If i have a painful lesion on my t9,found during mri 10cm should i request a bone scan or marrow biopsy? This was discoverd 3 years ago along with a narrowing of the thoracic spine and since then three more lesions have popped on my back, and one on my leg, should i be concerned?

during an mri it was discoverd that i had a lesion on my t9 vertabre.I had the mri done because i had pain in the middle of my back, also a narrowing of the spine was found at this time in the same general area. The pain and the lesion seem to be connected.

Thoracic Laminectomy Decompression

It's 6 weeks since I have had a thoracic laminectomy decompression (T1-T9 due to Thoracic OPLL and also my lumbar 4/5, I have been reading a lot of the post op study/research about the success of this kind and most of the ones I have read says that Laminectomy alone is not very successsful not as high success as laminectomy and fusion.
I am getting more concern now about this, since then, I have this nerve paisn(that was they told me) and also neuropathic pains but the nerve pains is one I have never had before. I feel tight on chest and cannot even lie more than 5 minutes on my right side (left side I cannot lie on that at all due to pain). How long are these pains last?
Should I be worried? I am going to discuss more about why o fusion when I go and see the spinal orthopaedic surgeon.
