Left knee pain/cramping sensation
On the backside of my left knee it feels like it wants to cramp and hurts, it is not overwhelmingly painful but it's noticeable. There's no swelling that I can tell and it's not hot to the touch.
I was once told that I had Patellar Femoral Syndrome (?) and that there was probably a "floater" in my knee.
When I walk for exercise my knee pops and catches and I cannot walk for very long as it becomes more and more noticeable the more I do it. I haven't had it give way or anything like that, well not yet anyway.
Any suggestions or ideas as to why my knee feels this way and how I can get it to stop?
