painful pea sized lump on inner aspect of wrist

For about the past week I have noticed a tiny lump (approx pea sized) under the skin on the inner aspect of my right wrist. It doesn't move when pushed from different angles, but is extremely tender to the touch. I don't have any tingling or pain in the hand. My wrist is becoming a bit tender in that area though. I also do not notice any grip weakness or dexterity issues.

Any advice on what this could be????

Thank you!!!!!!
