numbness and pulled calf muscles

I've had increasing numbness, tingling, hot sensations in the right foot, ankle, lower leg. During a stress test the cardiologist said it was not circulatory related. Note my previous post about the strange "blister" beneath my fibula on right ankle.

3-5 years ago, I was had to curtail running due to multiple lower-calf pulled muscles. They occur suddenly, preceeded by a cramp-like tightening in either calf, after about 2 miles of running, regardless of pace. Treating by stretching, toe raises, has not materially helped.

I am 64 years old. I ran triathlons, refereew soccer, etc., until 3 years ago. I continue to bike, golf, walk-jog. Through the years I have had five cartledge etc., surgeries, on knees and ankles.
