Cadaver elbow replacement

I did a compound fracture of my elbow (7 pieces) exactly 3 years ago today. I have had 8 surgeries to try and repair it. I was told the elbow fused over a year ago. The doctor then decided to leave my elbow in the two pieces (broken at the humerus). He said he carved our an area in my elbow joint where it would act like an elbow. Didnt work as there is nothing to keep the bone in place. So the bones move around as they please. Basically the broken area of the humerus is overlapped leaving my arm and elbow looking like popeye!!

I've been seeing a specialist Dr at UCI Medical Center in CA. He says my elbow is not able to be saved and needs replacing. He suggested using a cadaver replacement instead of the artifical as I am only 37 years old. Many Drs are telling me this is extremely risky to do! I can't find any information on the net regarding cadavers.

I dont expect total use of my arm or any for that matter. My goal is to get the pain gone. Don't get me wrong I will do whatever a doctor tells me to, if it will get me the useage. I am a very positove person and have even avoided depression most people get with an injury like this. Can anyone give me advice on cadaver elbow replacements, websites I can read to educate myself, etc??

-I have xray photos and surgical notes if needed.
