Mild Supraspinatus tendinosis with possibly some Bursal surface Fraying Anteriorly
I'm 43 old male and I fell at work down 3 steps landing on Right Shoulder had MRI with following results - Mild Supraspinatus tendinosis with possibly some Bursal surface Fraying Anteriorly no evidence of a retracted full thickness rotator cuff tear. After 4 month's of physical therapy I had Arthroscopic surgery to clean up fraying and bone spurs 2 weeks after surgery with arm in sling my other hand was bit by dog I moved my arm in sling to move dog from my hand (not aggessively) now it's been 4 month's since that incident with dog and my shoulder has not been getting any better even though I've been going to Physical Therapy and using a RS-4i Tens machine twice a day. Doctor ordered Arthrogram MRI and seen that I had a Tear in the Subscapularis Tendon and Tear in mid fibers of supraspinatus. I don't know how these tears happened outside of Dog bite and me moving arm in sling to give dog slight nudge to let go of opposite hand I've had no other incident. Doctor now says that Workers Comp. may not pay for these tears because when he did first Arthroscopic surgery he did not see these tears? Any suggestions? Advice on what could cause these tears?
