My name is Mark and i am 28 years old from Dublin, Ireland. I am suffering Chronic knee pain nearly a year now? I hurt my Left knee last Nov 07 in d gym doing leg weights, since then i hav had Physio, seen knee specialist, Mri Scans on left knee, Key-hole Surgery Result: a bit of wear and tear of knee. Xrays Result: narrowing of the Patella Formal Joint, seen Pain Specialists, had a number of Steroid Injections and hav taken Numerous amounts of Painkillers, Anti-Inflam tabs and nerve tabs to help ease my Chronic knee pain. I am taking Painkillers since Jan 08 and i have not been able to Work the last 6 months. The kind of Pain i suffer is? Constant Pain in my Left knee and around Left knee, like Burning, shooting, piercing pain that travels up2 my Left Hip. I find it very hard to put pressure on my knee when pain starts, after painkiller wears off? I also Tore my Ligaments badly in my Left ankle about 3 years ago playing Football that never healed back to there full strength? I really would love to hear peoples suggestions on similar experiences that happened to them and what i could do to Stop this Pain from ruining the rest of my life? Thank you
