Adhesive Capsulitis... winged scapula
Posted September 20th, 2008 by itsonlymeI developed left adhesive capsulitis which "froze" Dec 2007. I believe this resulted from developing a posture of perpetually elevating both of my shoulders at a workstation that was set up too high and working without arm supports. I have used 3 types of anti inflamm's and attended physio Jan - June. After a few months I began to get the natural swing back in the left arm and had some improvement in range. End of May it was approx 0 degrees ER at side; 30 ABD and 70 Flex.
