Have severe arthritis in my hands, but as of this morning have been experiencing severe pains in my lower left leg? It feels like someone has a pair of pliers gripping into my leg. It comes and goes at present it is sort of pulsating?? Does anyone have any idea what this could be and what could be causing this??
