i hurt my finger playing flag football. once i pulled the flag, i landed on the ground and jammed my finger into the ground. once i looked at my finger i notice the tip was bend 45 degrees backwards. after researching the closes injury i could find was mallet finger. i assume this is a different injury since my finger is bent the opposite way. any ideas or suggestions? thanks.
