Hello, I am new to this but wanted to tell my story,
In Aug of 1999 I was in what I thought to be a minor
car accident. Someone pulled in front of me and slammed
on their brakes. I hit the rear of their SUV and although
I was only going about 20 mph caused a slight whiplash.
