torn achilles
Hi, I tore my achilles tendon and underwent surgery to reattach the tendon about eight months ago. My doctor left it pretty open as to what to do for flexibility/strength exercises. I've used a stationary bike for about a month and haven't seen much improvement in strength/endurance. Are there other exercises that might give me better results? And how long will it be before I wake up in the morning and my first thought won't be "I've had surgery" or "Be careful"?
