bone cyst ruptured finger

Thank you for the excellent article! Last night one of the larger bone cysts on my finger was itching burning as they do from time. A little while ago I noticed that it has flattened, spread and is reddish purple an area about the size of a dime. What doctor would be the one to treat this if needed?
