What types of foods are high in calcium in order that I do the best for my bone strength?
Calcium, although known to be in milk and dairy products (like cheese and yogurt) can be found in many other foods as well. You can find calcium in:
- Soy or Rice Milk
- White beans
- Instant Oatmeal
- Broccoli, cooked or raw
- Orange juice, calcium fortified
- Oranges and
- Sweet potatoes, among others
