How do doctors treat carpal boss? I have what I think is one.

To determine if you have carpal boss, you must see a doctor who will x-ray and maybe scan the hand to see if this is, indeed, what your problem is.

Most often, treatment of the bony prominence, the carpal boss, is with surgery to remove it.
